私たちの会社から、車で15分程の場所にある研磨屋さんがいます。
父親（社長）と息子3人の4人でお仕事をされています。
納期や価格の事も相談に乗って下さり、アットホームな雰囲気の会社で、お仕事もたくさん集まっている様子です。
先日、研磨のお仕事を持ち込むためお伺いしたところ、見たことのない女性が2人現場でお仕事をされていました。
そのことについて少し尋ねたところ、仕事が増えてきたので、タウンワークなどの求人サイトに求人情報を載せたところ、数十名の応募があり、今回2名の採用に至ったとの事でした。
求人費用は、1ヶ月間で数万円と聞いています。
働く日数や時間帯を自由に選択できるようにしたところ、朝や夕方に時間の拘束がある主婦層からの応募が多かったとの事でした。
今回の研磨屋さんのように、求人サイトの検索にかかりやすくなるようにした事は、インターネットが普及している現在において、有効な手段だと感じました。
また、働く時間帯を柔軟に認めていく考え方も、たとえ中小零細企業であっても、会社運営にあたっては、必要な考え方なのだろうと勉強になりました。

I would like to comment about staffing activity at neighboring polisher.

There is a polishing company at about 15 minutes by car.
In the polishing company, there are four members of father (CEO) and three sons.
They have a homely atmosphere, therefore, it is easy for us to consult a delivery date and a price of works which we request.
It seems that a lot of work is gathered to them.
The other day, when I visited them to bring in a polishing job, two women I have never seen were working in the polishing site.
I asked them a little about that, it seemed that they applied to recruitment site such as “TOWNWORK” because they have more jobs recently.
It seemed that they received dozens of applications and they hired 2 people in this time.
And, it seemed that the cost to apply to recruitment site was tens thousands of yen per a month.
The polishing company presented “you can freely select the number of working days and time zone” as working conditions.
Then, it seemed that there were a lot of applications from housewives who have time constraints in the morning and evening.
Like this polishing company in this case, I did feel that it is very effective way to utilize a recruitment site at current internet society because that it is easy for job hunter to search their desired job.
And, it was good learning for me that the idea of flexibly recognizing working hours is necessary thinking way for company management even small and medium-sized enterprises.
