単品物加工の面白味についてコメントさせて頂きます。

昨日、写真のような虫メガネ形状の品物の加工をしました。
NC旋盤を触り始めた頃は、丸い形状の品物しか削れないと思っていました。
今回のような、少し特殊な形状の場合でも、チャックのツメで掴むことさえ出来れば、NC旋盤でも内径と厚みの仕上げができると思い、取り組んでみたところ、特に問題なく加工できました。
後は、マシニングセンタで、ザグリ穴や外周加工を行えば完成となります。
少しイレギュラーな形状の品物も、材料の手配や加工の仕方次第で、何とか出来たとき、仕事の面白さを実感します。
これも、単品物加工（多品種少量）をしている弊社の仕事の醍醐味だと思います。
多品種少量のお客様のニーズにしっかりと対応できるよう、今後も努力してまいります。
I would like to comment about sense of accomplishment of single item processing.
My name is Tomoyuki Fukushima, and I am Managing director in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
Yesterday, I processed a magnifying glass-shaped items.
When I did begin to operate the NC lathe, I thought that only round-shaped items could be scraped.
Even if it has a slightly special shape like this time, as long as I can grab the item with the chuck’s claws, I thought that inner diameter and thickness of items could be finished even with NC lathes.
Then, when I tried to work on it, I was able to process it without any problems.
After that, it will be completed if we perform counterbore holes and outer circumference processing at the machining center.
Sometimes, items are a slightly irregular shape.
However, when I manage to do it by arranging the shape of materials and method of processing, I realize the fun of work.
And it is also the real pleasure of processing single items (high variety and small quantity).
We would like to continue to make an effort to adapt for customer’s needs.
