いよいよ11月がスタートいたしました。

今週火曜日から11月の仕事が始まりました。
10月は、私たちの会社にとっての決算月という事で、今週月曜日10月31日で、第68期が終了いたしました。
従業員の皆様の日頃からのご協力のおかげで、第68期一年間を何とか乗り切る事が出来ました。
ご協力ありがとうございました。
11月1日からは、新しく一緒に働いて頂く方に来て頂き、さっそく現場で活躍してもらっています。
新しい仲間が、一日でも早く、私たちの会社に慣れてもらえるように、ご協力お願いいたします。
11月も、工作機械メーカー様から数多くのご注文を頂いております。
また、産業用カップリングにつきましても、11月から4月頃まで、ご注文頂いております。
頂いたお仕事に対して、品質・納期を遵守できるよう、納期から逆算して適切に取り掛かり、乗り切りたいと思います。
11月20日には、マシニングセンタ1台導入予定となっております。
スムーズな設備搬入、周辺工事を行い、1日でも早く通常稼働できるよう、従業員の皆様、ご協力よろしくお願い致します。
Finally, November start.
My name is Tomoyuki Fukushima, and I am Managing director in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
Tuesday in this week, the work for November has started.
October was the closing month for our company.
Therefore, on Monday October 31st in this week, the 68th term has ended.
We managed to finish the 68th term for one year without serious troubles thanks to the daily cooperation of all employees.
Thank you for your good teamwork.
From November 1st, a new person is working with us.And also, he is working on production site right away.
I hope that the new person gets used to daily jobs in our company.
We have received many orders from machine tool maker also in November And also, we accept orders of industrial couplings from November to April.
We would like to work backwards from the delivery date and get on with it properly, in order to comply with the quality and delivery date for the work we received.
On 20th of November, 1 unit of a machining center is shceduled to be introduced.
In order to start a nomal operation with new equipment, we need to carry out smooth installation of equipment and surrounding construction.

月末の限られた時間の中、製造主任が、難易度の高いカップリング製品の加工に挑戦されていました。
For a limited time at the end of month, the production chief was challenging with difficult coupling products.
久々に写真の製品の加工を行いました。中央の穴が小さいので、内径バイトが品物に干渉しないように、工具を改造しながら仕事を進めました。
I processed the product in the photo below after a long time. Because the hole in the center is small, to avoid the inner diameter tool interfering with the product, I worked processing while remodeling tools.
5月に導入したCNC立形旋盤も活躍しています。これまで苦戦していた薄型円板状の製品も、スムーズに加工できるようになりました。
CNC vertical lathe introduced in May is also active. For thin disk-shaped products that has struggled until now, it is now possible to process smoothly.
11月20日には、新しいマシニングセンタを導入する予定です。
