いよいよ2月がスタートいたしました。

今週水曜日から2月の仕事が始まりました。
1月は、コロナ感染やインフルエンザ感染などの影響もあり、フルメンバーでの出勤が困難な日々が続きました。
そのような日々におきましても、従業員の皆様が、互いの業務をフォローしながら協力して下さったおかげで、何とか乗り切る事が出来ました。
今後も、1月に起こったような急な欠員も起こりうる可能性があります。
そのような状況に備え、計画的にジョブローテーション（担当作業の循環）を行い、より仕事のカバーができるようにする必要性を実感いたしました。
また、そのような相互協力が取りやすい現場の環境整備を推進していきたいと思います。

My name is Tomoyuki Fukushima, and I am Managing director in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
Wednesday in this week, the work for February has started.
In January, days when it was difficult to go to work with full members continued, because of the impact of coronavirus disease-2019 or influenza infection.
Even such days, we managed to finish the work for January without serious troubles thanks to the daily cooperation of all employees while following each other’s work.
Sudden vacancies like what happened in January are possible in the future.
Prepared for such situations, I realized that it is necessary to be able to cover our work with each other by performing job rotation (cycle of responsible work) systematically.
And also, we would like to promote the development of an on-site environment that facilitates such mutual cooperation.

月末の限られた時間の中、工場長や若手リーダーが、難易度の高い仕事に黙々と挑戦されていました。
For a limited time at the end of month, the plant manager and young employee in our company was challenging with difficult task.
