いよいよ8月の仕事が始まりました
福島精機株式会社 代表取締役社長 福島知之です。
今週金曜日から8月の仕事が始まりました。
7月20日には、参議院選挙が行われました。
今回の選挙を終えて、参議院議員の定数248人のうち、与党が122議席となり、衆議院に続き、参議院でも少数与党となりました。
選挙の争点が、消費税の減税や廃止、社会保険料の減免など、中小零細企業を経営する立場としては、かなり関心の高い内容でした。
また、新興政党も誕生した事、SNSを活用した選挙運動が繰り広げられた事もあり、有権者の一人として、政治への関心が非常に高まった選挙でした。
今後、与野党が掲げていた選挙公約に対して、何が実現されていくのかに注目したいと思います。
7月も、あっという間の一か月でした。
7月中旬には、大型のカップリング製品や深穴切削装置の出荷も無事に完了しました。
また、7月末には、大型のガイドブッシュの出荷も何とか完了いたしました。
小人数ではありますが、従業員全員で協力し、何とかやり遂げる事ができました。
従業員の皆様、大変ご苦労様でした。
また、ご協力下さった外注先の皆様、ありがとうございました。
8月以降も、カップリング製品の組立、出荷の予定が入っております。
構成部品の製作だけでなく、購入部品の手配や入荷確認、梱包木箱の手配、貼付書類の準備など、役割分担をしながら協力していきたいと思います。
そして、カップリング製品だけでなく、あらゆる仕事に対しても、社内加工のスピードアップを図り、受注から出荷までのリードタイムを縮める努力をしていきたいと思います。
お仕事を頂いている事に感謝し、また、地域のものづくりに少しでも貢献できるよう、社内一丸となって頑張っていきたいと思います。

My name is Tomoyuki Fukushima, and I am Representative Director and President in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
August work started this Friday.
On July 20th, the House of Councilors election was held.
After this election, out of 248 members of the House of Councilors, the ruling party became 122 seats.
Following the election of the House of Representative, Liberal Democratic Party and Komeito Party became a minority ruling party in the House of Councilors.
The election issues were reduction or abolition of consumption tax, reduction or exemption of social insurance premiums, etc.
As a manager of a small or medium-sized business, these issues were great interest to me.
Because new political parties were also born and election campaigns used SNS more active than ever, as a voter, this election has really increased my interest in politics.
From now on, regarding the election pledges made by the ruling and opposition parties, I want to pay attention to what will be achieved.
July was a month that went by in a flash.
In the middle of July, the shipment of large coupling products and deep hole drilling equipment has also been completed successfully.
And also, at the end of July, we have also managed to complete the shipment of large guide bushes.
Although small number of people, with the cooperation of all employees, we were able to accomplish the task.
Thank you to all the employees for your hard work and also, thank you to all our subcontractors for your cooperation.
Even after August, coupling products are scheduled for assembly and shipping.
Not only the production of components, but also arranging for purchased parts and confirming receipt, arrangement of packing wooden boxes, and preparation of documents to be attached, we would like to cooperate while dividing up the roles.
And also, not only coupling products, for any job, by speeding up in-house processing, we will continue to make efforts to shorten the lead time from order to shipment.
We are grateful for the work, and we hope to contribute even a little to local manufacturing.
We would like to work hard as a team.

カップリング部品の加工、組立ての様子（S45C、φ350×390）。
内径の深さが250mm程度あり、加工が大変でしたが、なんとか無事に完成しました。
The pictures show that coupling parts processing and assembly (S45C, φ350×390).
It was difficult to process because the inner diameter is about 250mm deep.
However, we managed to complete it safely.
特殊深穴切削装置の組み立ての様子。
全ての部品が組み合わさって、シャフトがスムーズに回転し、無事に完成しました。

We assembled all the parts properly, as a result of that, the shaft rotated smoothly and this project was completed successfully.
大き目サイズのガイドブッシュの旋盤加工の様子（SUJ2、φ190×230、4種類）。
研磨外注先様の協力もあり、何とか完成しました。
The pictures show that lathe processing of large size guide bush (SUJ2, φ190×230, 4 types).
With the cooperation of our polishing subcontractor, we were able to complete this project.
肉厚の薄いリング形状の部品の旋盤加工の様子（S45C、φ300×φ260×45mm）。
内径H7、外径h7の公差があるため、油圧チャックでつかむ事ができないため、治具を用いて加工を行いました。

Because it cannot be gripped by a hydraulic chuck due to the tolerance of the inner diameter H7 and outer diameter h7, processing was carried out using a jig.
