いよいよ2月の仕事が始まりました

今週月曜日から2月の仕事が始まりました。
1月は、国内の政治に大きな動きがありました。
1月23日に、衆議院が解散されました。
投開票は、2月8日に行われます。
自民党が単独で過半数の議席を獲得できるかどうかが注目されています。
野党におきましては、公明党と立憲民主党が合流し、中道改革連合が新党として誕生いたしました。
1月下旬からの党首討論では、各政党の代表が議論を展開しておられました。
私自身も、有権者の一人として、今回の解散総選挙が、何を争点にしているのかに注目しながら、選挙期間を過ごさせて頂きました。
「食品にかかる消費税を2年間ゼロ」という消費者目線の物価高対策を訴える主張が目立ちました。
中小零細企業の経営者としては、食品だけでなく、一律で消費税を低減してもらいたいのが本音です。
また、社会保険料の減額により、会社や従業員の方の負担を減らしてほしいというのが本音です。
消費税だけでなく、国民の税負担をトータルで低減する主張に期待したいと思います。
1月も、あっという間の一か月でした。
1月は、カップリング製品の出荷が多い月でした。
構成部品の製作、検査、塗装、組立て、梱包、出荷といった作業を、従業員の皆さんが総動員で動いて下さり、無事に出荷を完了する事が出来ました。
2月以降も、納期通り、製品出荷が出来る様、社内一丸となって取り組んでいきたいと思います。

February work started this Monday.
In January, there were major developments in domestic politics.
The House of Representatives was dissolved on January 23rd.
Voting will take place on February 8th.
Whether the LDP (Liberal Democratic Party) will be able to secure a majority of seats on its own has drawn much attention.
As for the opposition parties, the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan merged with Komeito to form a new party.
The Centrist Reform Alliance has been launched as a new political party.
Since late January, the leaders of each party have been actively engaging in debate during the party leaders’ discussions.
As a voter myself, I would like to spend the election period paying attention to what is the point at issue in this general election.
The arguments of “a proposal to reduce the consumption tax on food to zero for two years” stood out as a consumer-oriented approach to dealing with rising prices.
As a small business owner, to be honest, I would like to see a uniform reduction in the consumption tax not just food.
In addition, due to the reduction of social insurance premiums, I would like the burden on the company and its employees to be reduced.
That is the truth, I look forward to hearing their arguments for reducing the total tax burden of the people not only consumption tax.
January was a month that went by in a flash.
January was a month of many shipments of coupling products.
Thanks to all employees mobilized and worked hard for operations such as manufacturing, inspecting, painting, assembling, packaging, and shipping of components, we were able to complete the shipment successfully.
Even after February, we would like to work together as a company to ensure product shipment on time.

ヤキバメは、失敗が許されないので非常に緊張しましたが、溶接会社さんに協力いただき、何とか無事完成させる事が出来ました。

We were very nervous because there was no room for error in shrink fitting.
We managed to complete it safely with support from a welding company.
