いよいよ9月がスタートいたしました。

今週は、8月末の納品が終わり、9月の仕事が始まりました。
従業員の皆様、暑い中、大変お疲れ様でした。
工作機械メーカー様からの増産に対応できるよう、社内の生産性を向上していく必要があります。
お客様との情報共有をしっかりと行い、お客様が求めている品物を、お客様が求める納期に納品できるよう取り組んでいきたいと思います。
Finally September start.

This week, the delivery at the end of August is over, and the work for September has started.
Dear employees, thank you very much for your hard work in the heat.
In order to respond to increased production order from machine tool maker, we need to improve our productivity.
Sufficiently sharing information with customers, we would like to work on customer’s necessary items in order to be able to deliver on the delivery date requested by the customer.

月末限られた時間の中、工場長が、難しい品物に挑戦されていました。
For a limited time at the end of the month, the factory manager was challenging with a very complicated item.
現場で手仕上げを主に担当して下さっているスタッフの方々も、手際よく作業を行って下さり、助かっています。
We really appreciate to very efficient works by staffs who are mainly in charge of hand-finishing on production site.
5月末に搬入されたCNC立形旋盤のおかげで、大型のワーク（直径700mm程度まで）も社内対応できるようになりました。通常業務が忙しい時期ですが、社内の環境整備を進め、より働きやすい職場を目指していきたいと思います。
Thanks to the CNC vertical lathe that brought in at the end 0f May, large workpieces (up to about 700 mm in diameter) can now be handled in-house.
Recently, we have busy time usually, however we would like to improve the environment in the company and aim for a more comfortable workplace.
