単品物加工の緊張感についてコメントさせて頂きます。
福島精機株式会社 専務 福島知之です。
先週末、写真のようなフランジ形状の部品の加工をしました。
会社としては、10年以上前に製作した事がある部品のリピート注文でした。
私としては、初めての加工だったので、どのように加工すべきか悩みました。
先輩従業員さんに相談したところ、この品物専用に改造された特殊な工具があるとの事でした。
刃物が品物に干渉しないか、緊張感がありましたが、特殊な工具のおかげで、うまく加工する事ができました。
この緊張感は、単品物加工（多品種少量）の醍醐味でもあります。
多品種少量のお客様のニーズにしっかりと対応できるよう、今後も努力してまいります。
I would like to comment about tension of single item processing.
My name is Tomoyuki Fukushima, and I am Managing director in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
Last weekend, I processed the flange shape item as shown in the picture.
It was a repeat order for the item that we had made more than 10 years ago.
It was my first processing for the item, so I was worried about how to process it.
While asking to a senior employee, it was said that there was a special tool remodeled specially for this item.
I made use of that tool.
I was nervous about whether the blade would interfere with the item.
However, thanks to the special tools, I was able to process it well.
In that sense, there is also a sense of tension.
And it is also the real pleasure of processing single items (high variety and small quantity).
We would like to continue to make an effort to adapt for customer’s needs.
