6月から新役職でのスタートとなりました
今月2024年6月1日より、
代表取締役社長 福島納平 が代表取締役会長へ、
私 専務取締役 福島知之 が代表取締役社長へ就任いたしました。
今後共一層のご指導ご鞭撻を賜りますよう心よりお願い申し上げます。
5月もあっという間の一か月でした。
全体的な仕事の受注状況として、6月、7月納期の仕事は、工作機械関連を含めた部品加工の仕事は、やや落ち着いています。
製鉄所向けのカップリングに関しては、7月後半、8月、9月納期の受注が決まり始めており、それらの製作に取り掛かり始めています。
自社設計での切削装置の案件についても、お客様からの要望を図面に反映する作業を進めており、こちらについても何とか正式受注になるよう尽力している所です。
6月に入って、近隣のお客様からの部品加工の依頼も、少しずつ増えてきており、全体的な景況感として、少し上向きそうな感覚です。
お世話になっている地域の信用金庫の方も、積極的にビジネスマッチングのお話を探してきて下さるなど、周りの皆様のご協力のおかげで、新規開拓も少しずつ進んでいます。
トップマネジメントとしての自覚を持ち、従業員の皆さん一人一人の良いところを存分に発揮できる職場環境作りに努めます。
Starting in a new position.
From this month June 1st in 2024,
Representative Director and President Nohei Fukushima becomes Representative Director and Chairman,
I, Managing Director Tomoyuki Fukushima, have been appointed as Representative Director and President.
We sincerely ask for your continued guidance and support in the future.
The month of May went by so quickly.
As for the overall work order status, work in parts processing of June/July delivery date, including those related to machine tools, is somewhat calm.
Regarding couplings (shaft fittings) for steel plants, we are beginning to receive orders for delivery in late July, August, and September.
Therefore, we are starting to work on making them right away.
Regarding the project of cutting equipment designed in-house, we are currently working on reflecting customer requests in drawings.
We are working hard to get an official order for this as well.
In June, requests for parts processing from nearby customers are gradually increasing.
Overall business conditions seem to be improving slightly.
The local credit unions are indebted to us also actively search for business matching with local customers.
Thanks to the cooperation of everyone around us, new business development is progressing little by little.
Being aware of my role as top management, I strive to create a work environment where each employee can bring out their best qualities.

5月末に昼食会を開き、役職交代について、従業員の皆さんにお伝えしました（写真中央3名のうち、左端が新会長、右端が新社長の私、真ん中が30年以上勤務のベテラン職人）。
飲み物はノンアルコールビールです。
The lunch meeting was held at the end of last May to tell our employees regarding change of position.
Of the three people in the center of the photo, the new chairman is on the far left, and me, the new president, is on the far right. The person in the middle is a veteran craftsman who has worked for over 30 years.
By the way, the drink is non-alcoholic beer.

Preventing chips from getting stuck, we ask them to process the parts by devising the number of tools and processing conditions.
端面の肉厚が薄い（厚み4mm）フランジ部品の旋盤加工の様子。
生爪を工夫して、何とか加工できました。
