いよいよ10月の仕事が始まりました
福島精機株式会社 代表取締役社長 福島知之です。
今週水曜日から10月の仕事が始まりました。
9月上旬には、自民党総裁が辞任する意向を表明する会見がありました。
そして、本日10月4日には、新しい自民党総裁を決める選挙が行われる事になっています。
どの候補が、新しい総裁に選ばれるのか、国内外から大変注目されています。
現在、衆議院、参議院両院が少数与党となっています。
新たな自民党総裁が、どの野党と連立を組むのか、それによっても、日本の今後の方向性に大きな影響を与えると思います。
日本、そして世界の今後がどうなるのか、大変不透明ではありますが、どのような状況になっても、明るい未来を信じ、私たち一人ひとりが前を向いて、毎日を懸命に過ごしていく事が大切だと思います。
9月も、あっという間の一か月でした。
工作機械用部品、カップリング製品、特殊深穴切削装置部品、バルブ製品部品の受注に加え、近隣のお客様より様々な部品加工の依頼を頂いており、大変感謝しております。
微力ながらお客様のお役に立てていれば幸いに思います。
従業員の皆さんも、臨機応変に、様々な業務に柔軟に対応して下さっており、少人数ではありますが、日々仕事を前に進められている事に感謝しています。
弊社は、10月が決算月です。
売上や利益といった数字も大切ではありますが、働いている方々の心身の健康、安全、やりがい、そうした面が充実した一年だったと振り返る事ができればと思います。
この10月も精一杯良い仕事をして、第71期を無事に締めくくりたいと思います。
Finally, October start.
My name is Tomoyuki Fukushima, and I am Representative Director and President in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
October work started this Wednesday.
In early September, Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba announced his intention to resign as president of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).
And today, October 4th, the election to decide new LDP president is scheduled.
It has attracted a lot of attention from both at home and abroad which candidate will be selected as the new president.
Currently, the ruling party is in the minority in both the House of Representatives and the House of Councilors.
The new president of the Liberal Democratic Party will form a coalition with which opposition parties?
Even by that, I think it will have a big impact on Japan’s future direction.
The future of Japan and the world is extremely uncertain.
However, no matter what the situation, it is important to believe in a bright future.
And also, it is important to work hard every day while each of us looks forward.
September was a month that went by in a flash.
Now, we have received a good balance of orders for machine tool parts, coupling products, special deep hole cutting equipment parts, and valve product parts.
In addition to orders for that, we receive requests for various parts processing from nearby customers.
We are very grateful that we would be happy if we could be of some help to them.
Our employees are also flexible in responding to a variety of tasks, although it is a small number of people.
Thank you for always getting the job done.
Our company’s fiscal year ends in October.
Although management and profits are important, the physical and mental health, safety, and job satisfaction of our employees are more honorable.
We hope to be able to look back on this year as a fulfilling one in that respect.
Doing our best this October, we hope to conclude the 71st term safely.

遠方への定期的な出荷となるため、鉄製の通い箱を製作して、出荷を行いました。
9月末がファーストロットでしたが、何とか無事に出荷する事ができました。
The turning, machining and shipping preparation (material: S45C, φ260×180mm).
Because it is a regular shipment to a distant place, we made iron returnable boxes and shipped the products.
The first batch was delivered at the end of September, but we managed to ship it safely.
