いよいよ11月の仕事が始まりました
福島精機株式会社 代表取締役社長 福島知之です。
今週火曜日から11月の仕事が始まりました。
10月は、国内の政治に大きな動きがありました。
10月4日には、新しい自民党総裁として、高市早苗さんが選ばれました。
さらに、10月21日には、日本で女性初の内閣総理大臣にも選ばれました。
10月末には、早速、海外の首脳との外交も行われました。
マレーシアで開催されたASEAN（東南アジア諸国連合）首脳会議、トランプ米国大統領の訪日ならびに日米首脳会談、そして、韓国でのAPEC（アジア太平洋経済協力）首脳会議、韓国の李在明（イジェミョン）大統領との日韓首脳会談、中国の習近平国家主席との首脳会談と、高市新総理にとっては、怒涛の外交スケジュールだったように思います。
各国首脳と笑顔で握手を交わし、友好関係を築き、かつ日本国のトップリーダーとして言うべき事は言うという姿勢は、一国民として、大変頼もしく感じました。
今後の高市総理の国内外での活躍に期待したいと思います。
10月も、あっという間の一か月でした。
工作機械用部品の受注に加え、カップリング製品の組立・出荷、特殊深穴切削装置の組立・出荷も多く、慌ただしい一か月でしたが、何とか無事終える事が出来ました。
弊社は10月決算月のため、この11月から、第72期が始まりました。
11月20日（木）、21日（金）は、昨年に続き、あまがさき産業フェアに出展させて頂く予定となっております。
地域のものづくりの発展に寄与できるよう、私たちの会社の事を少しでも知って頂く機会になれば幸いです。
中小零細企業にとっては、先行き不透明な時期が続いておりますが、お仕事を下さっているお客様の要望にお応えできるよう、社内一丸となって第72期も頑張っていきたいと思います。
Finally, November start.
My name is Tomoyuki Fukushima, and I am Representative Director and President in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
Work for November started this Tuesday.
There was a big shift in domestic politics.
Sanae Takaichi was elected as the new president of the Liberal Democratic Party on October 4th.
She was also the first woman to be elected first female Prime Minister on October 21st.
As soon as the end of October, diplomacy with foreign leaders was held like the following,
– ASEAN summit meeting held in Malaysia,
– Visit to Japan by The Honorable Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America,
– Japan-U.S. summit meeting,
– APEC summit meeting held in Korea,
– Japan-Korea summit meeting with Lee Jae-myung, President of Korea.
– Japan-China summit meeting with President Xi Jinping, head of State of China.
For the new prime minister, Samae Takaichi, it seems like there was a whirlwind of diplomatic engagements.
As a citizen, I felt very reassured the attitude of saying what needs to be said as a top leader, while smiling and shaking hands with the leaders of each country and building friendship with them.
I look forward to seeing her succeed both at home and abroad from now on.
October was a month that went by in a flash.
In addition to orders for machine tool parts, we also assemble and ship a large amount of coupling products and special deep hole drilling equipment.
It has been a hectic month.
However, fortunately, everything went well.
October is our company’s fiscal year ends, therefore, the 72th term started in this November.
And also, continuing from last year, we are planning to exhibit at Amagasaki industrial fair on November 20th and 21st.
To contribute to the development of local manufacturing, we hope this will be an opportunity for people to learn a little more about our company.
For small and medium-sized enterprises, the future remains uncertain, we will do everything we can to accommodate our customers’ needs.
We will work together as a team to do our best in the 72th term.

シャフトは、熱処理、表面処理、研磨後の最後のリーマ穴加工を無事終えました。
アルミハウジング、ベアリング、その他の部品を組み合わせて、無事完成しました。
The pictures show that processing of special deep hole drilling equipment parts.
The reaming hole processing of shaft part was successfully completed after heat treatment, surface treatment and polishing.
The aluminum housing, bearings, and other parts were assembled and the product was successfully completed.
10月上旬、水溶性切削油を使用する機械のタンクの清掃を行いました。
今後も定期的な清掃を計画的に行い、設備を良い状態に保つようにしていきたいと思います。
Early October, we cleaned the tank of machines that use water-soluble cutting oil.
We will continue to plan regular cleanings in order to keep the facilities in good condition.
