昨日から5月の仕事が始まりました。
従業員の皆さんが、ゴールデンウィークの連休でゆっくりと休養をとって頂けたなら幸いです。
休み明けで少し体が訛っているかもしれませんが、気持ちを切り替えて、仕事に専念して頂けますよう、よろしくお願いします。
主取引先である工作機械メーカーからの受注については、昨年下旬から落ち着いておりますが、頂いたお仕事を一つ一つ丁寧に行い、かつ品質、納期、コストの面でお客様に喜んで頂けるように、社員一丸となって頑張っていきたいと思います。
このような時期をうまく活用し、この５月も、先月に引き続き、
・工具、治具、測定機器の整理整頓
・これまで扱った事の無い機械の操作の習得
・設備の清掃や定期的な点検内容の確認と実施
に力を注ぎ、社内の底力を上げていきたいと思います。
昨年から行っていた新規開拓営業による、部品加工の受注も少しずつ決まっています。
これからも、新規開拓営業と社内の現場力アップに力を注いでいきたいと思います。

Yesterday, the work for May has started.
Dear employees, I would appreciate it if you could take a good rest during the Golden week holidays.
You may be a little accented after the holidays, so that you can change your mind and concentrate on your work.
About orders from machine tool manufacturers that it is our main customer, it has calmed down since the end of last year.
However, we need to complete customers’ requirements carefully and we have to work together as a team to satisfy our customers in terms of quality, delivery time and cost.
Taking advantage of this period, we will implement Kaizen activities in this May continuing from last month.
Then, we will focus on below for in-house strength
– Organizing tools, jigs and measurement equipment
– Mastering machine operation
– Confirmation and implementation of equipment cleaning and periodic inspections
Orders for parts processing by new development sales are also decided little by little.
From now on, we would like to focus on new development sales and improving the on-site capabilities of the company.

納期が迫る中、若手の現場主任が、難易度の高い仕事を黙々と行っていました。写真は、工作機械の部品。
While deadline approaching, the young plant leader in our company was challenging with difficult his task quietly. The photo shows parts for machine tools.
工具の整理整頓に関して、現場スタッフや事務員さんが、率先して取り組んで下さっているおかげで、社内の環境整備がどんどん進んでいます。
About organization of tools, thanks to that production staffs and clerks are taking the initiative, improvements to the internal environment are progressing.
昨年5月に導入した立形CNC旋盤のおかげで、直径の大きな品物（直径500mm以上の品物）も、容易に加工できるようになりました。
Thanks to the introduced vertical CNC lathe on May last year, even large-diameter items (diameter over 500mm), it has become possible to process easily.
深さ30mm（片肉）のミゾ加工も、びびりを起こさず加工出来ました。
Even groove processing with a depth of 30mm (one side), lathe manufacturing was possible without chattering.
