はじめまして。福島精機株式会社　パート社員の福田です。
私は現在27歳です。
去年2022年の3月から福島精機で働かせてもらって、1年ちょっとが経ちました。
全くの未経験で入って、最初は何も分からなかったんですが、皆さん凄く丁寧に教えてくれるので、とても働きやすいです。
私はおもにボール盤作業や、手仕上げ、検査や、納品準備、材料の受取、依頼書の作成などを任せてもらっています。
仕事の中では、カップリング（軸継手）製品の塗装や組み立てが好きです。
最初は覚えることが多くて、仕事を覚えられるか不安だったのですが、最近は任せてもらえることが増えて、仕事にやりがいを感じています。
これからもっと会社の役に立てるよう頑張ります！

A word from a colleague who works in the production site.
Nice to meet you.
My name is Fukuda, and I am part-time employee in FUKUSHIMASEIKI CO., LTD.
I am 27 years old now.
I joined to this company from March 2022 last year, therefore it has been a little over a year.
I did not understand anything at first because entering with no experience.
However, everyone teaches me very carefully, so it’s very easy to work now.
Usually, I am entrusted with drill press working, hand finishing, inspection, preparation for delivery, receipt of materials, and creation of request form.
I like painting and assembling coupling (shaft coupling) products.
At first, I was worried whether I would be able to remember entrusted work because there was a lot to memorize.
Recently, I have been entrusted with more tasks, and I find my work rewarding.
I will do my best to contribute to the growth of this company!
